Since 2023, the initiative has held events across three continents and seven countries, engaging 300 international companies. Cirio and Tronzano: “Piemonte is an attractive destination, with an outstanding industrial and technological ecosystem. We are working to turn opportunities into investment, growth and jobs.”

The international Invest in Piemonte Roadshow reaches its tenth stop in Brussels, marking another milestone in the initiative launched in 2023 to promote Piemonte on the international scenario, attract new investment and support international companies looking to establish a presence or expand their operations in the region.

Promoted by the Regione Piemonte (Regional Government) and all the Piemonte Chambers of Commerce, and organised by Piemonte Agency, the Roadshow has travelled across three continents and seven countries over the past four years, bringing together 45 speakers, 10 co-organisers and 300 international companies.
This ongoing initiative has helped showcase the opportunities Piemonte has to offer, build relationships with potential investors and launch concrete support programmes. More than 30 companies involved in the initiative have already received operational assistance to assess investment opportunities in Piemonte.

Following events in New York, London, San Francisco, Paris, Osaka, Toronto and Berlin, the Roadshow arrives in Brussels for an event organised in collaboration with ICE Brussels, with the participation of the Italian Embassy in Belgium. The event will bring together 20 selected potential investors from the automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical, ICT, infrastructure and venture capital sectors, all of which are strategically important to the growth and competitiveness of Piemonte’s economy.
The international programme will continue on 11 November in Munich, further strengthening dialogue with international markets and creating opportunities for economic and industrial cooperation.

“The tenth stop of the Invest in Piemonte Roadshow confirms our ongoing commitment to strengthening our region’s international appeal. From New York to London, from San Francisco to Osaka, from Toronto to Berlin, and now Brussels, we have created opportunities for direct engagement and built relationships with companies and investors from around the world,” said Alberto Cirio, President of the Piemonte Regional Government, and Andrea Tronzano, Regional Minister for Productive Activities and Internationalisation. “Piemonte has all the qualities needed to play a leading role in international investment decisions: a dynamic business ecosystem, a strong industrial base, world-class supply chains, major companies and innovative SMEs, universities, research centres and highly skilled professionals. The Regional Government is working consistently to build on these strengths through investment support schemes, streamlined administrative procedures and tailored services to help companies establish and grow their operations. We want to make Piemonte an increasingly straightforward and attractive choice for businesses looking to launch or expand production activities. Our goal is to turn the relationships we have built around the world into new business investments, economic growth and skilled jobs. Every investment that comes to our region represents an opportunity to strengthen our supply chains and create new prospects for development.”

International promotion is part of a broader regional strategy to attract investment. This includes the Investment Attraction Team, initiatives to promote available sites and properties for new industrial and production facilities, and financial support schemes for businesses. These include the regional programme Attracting Investment and Supporting Investment Readiness in Piemonte, funded under the ERDF 2021–2027, whose total budget has been increased to €92.3 million.

“Together with the Piemonte Regional Government and Piemonte Agency, we are working to provide a competitive business ecosystem that builds on our position as a strategic logistics hub in Europe and our outstanding ability to turn technological innovation into successful businesses. Our region is an ideal environment for driving digital and ESG transitions, drawing on an exceptional pool of technical and engineering talent. As part of the Chambers of Commerce system, we support international investors by strengthening infrastructure, advanced training and our industrial supply chains. Our aim is to work together to deliver sustainable, long-term growth and reinforce Piedmont’s position as a strategic investment destination for the future,” said Gian Paolo Coscia, President of Unioncamere Piemonte.

“Our goal is to turn engagement with international investors into tangible projects,” said Giorgia Garola, President of Piemonte Agency. “We are currently monitoring more than 750 potential investment projects, around 10% of which are already receiving operational support, with an estimated overall investment potential of approximately €1 billion. In the first nine months of 2026, successfully completed investment deals and investor support engagements increased by more than 80% compared with the same period in 2025. This result confirms the importance of complementing international promotion with ongoing, hands-on support for investors.”
